{"id":5546,"date":"2021-02-01T16:46:05","date_gmt":"2021-02-01T15:46:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lavelgomma.it\/?p=5546\/"},"modified":"2021-02-01T16:46:05","modified_gmt":"2021-02-01T15:46:05","slug":"new-automatic-optical-sorters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lavelgroup.com\/en\/new-automatic-optical-sorters\/","title":{"rendered":"NEW AUTOMATIC OPTICAL SORTERS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have recently replaced four old sorting machines with new automatic optical sorting machines, which are capable of inspecting large batches of o-rings and technical articles quickly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These state-of-the-art machines are equipped with 7 cameras , each capable of &#8220;photographing&#8221; the gasket from different positions and then recording any defects or anomalies, based on which the part can be &#8220;eliminated&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Based on pre-determined parameters, dimensional tolerances are checked, defects detected and flatness checked, which is essential for automatic gasket assembly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All deliveries are accompanied by the Final Testing Report, a document proving the various checks carried out during the entire production process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A rigorous pre-shipment check is also carried out, an optical check of all goods being shipped.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are always on the move, we never stop planning our future.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have recently replaced four old sorting machines with new automatic optical sorting machines, which are capable of inspecting large batches of o-rings and technical articles quickly.
