...the project with customers and suppliers
The payoff “Share the Lavel” was created to introduce the LAVEL GROUP project. The project of creating a group has been in the plans for months, but it is in the second part of this year that it has become a reality – a group was created to bring together all the brands born or acquired by LAV.EL.Gomma.
Since 1973, we have come a long way, always catering to the needs of the market and acting upon feedback from customers and suppliers.
Our know-how continues to grow and improve, ensuring the quality expected by our stakeholders. We are proud and thrilled to share the birth of our new Group with you.
We specifically chose the word “Share” to embody the spirit of collaboration and to convey our commitment and promise to you all. It is a promise to continuously strive for improvement and uphold our high standards consistently.
We aim to share the rich history and value of the three brands that now comprise our group: LAV.EL.Gomma, SGM, and LAVELAST®.
And we want to share the love that we have poured into each gasket for the past 50 years, extending it to those who choose us every day.
Share the Lav, our symbol, the heart of lavelgomma.
Share the Lav, all you need.
We share with our customers, suppliers, and all those who have joined and support our newly formed Lavel Group.
Our ‘Share the Lavel’ campaign serves as an in-house initiative aimed at informing and engaging everyone within our group.
...the project for the 2024 calendar.
For our 2024 calendar, we asked employees to send a photo of themselves at work. We gave them no specific instructions; they could take pictures of anything they wanted, such as colleagues, the coffee break room, machinery, or any place in the company. Each image had to be accompanied by a title and the photographer’s name. While some of these photos were chosen for our 2024 calendar, intended for customers, suppliers, and staff, we also made sure to share all the photos on our corporate social networks.
Taking a picture involves the act of freezing a specific moment in the world. However, a photograph is more than just a mere image. It has the power to embody what the pediatrician and psychoanalyst Donald Winnicott defines as the ‘transitional area’ – an in-between space that seamlessly connects different realities without the viewer even noticing.
It is a place of illusion, dreams, and play.
Each photo has a story to tell, not only of the subject captured within the frame but also of the person behind the lens. It encompasses the narrative of what happened before and after the click and even extends beyond the image itself. Photography, as a medium, possesses an extraordinary emotional and communicative power.
SHARE YOUR LAVEL unveils a new point of view, the unfiltered perspective of those who give their best every single day.
LAVEL GROUP, all you need.
